The Wolfery Company (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides chef-crafted dog meals, subscriptions, and related services through our website and partnered platforms, including Shopify and ReCharge.

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Our fresh-frozen meals are crafted from high-quality, regenerative, organic, and biodynamic ingredients.
We make no claims to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Please consult your veterinarian before making significant dietary changes for your dog.

We offer weekly and bi-weekly (monthly) subscription plans.

3.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically through Shopify and ReCharge.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

3.2 Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers can manage their plan — including pausing, skipping, changing meals, updating information, or cancelling — through the ReCharge customer portal.

3.3 Changes & Pricing

Prices may change. If they do, we will notify you in advance.

4.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the San Francisco region and are expanding to additional areas in the United States.

4.2 Delivery Conditions

Orders are delivered fresh-frozen via UPS or our in-house couriers.
You are responsible for receiving and storing your delivery promptly.

4.3 Incorrect or Missing Information

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

Because our meals are perishable, we cannot accept returns.We may offer a refund or replacement if:

• your order arrives damaged,
• items are missing,
• or there was an error on our part.

All issues must be reported to hello@thewolferycompany.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos if applicable.

Our meals contain whole-food ingredients, including meats, vegetables, herbs, fruits, and organ meats.
It is your responsibility to review ingredients and ensure suitability for your dog’s allergies or sensitivities.

We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by known or unknown allergies.

We provide ingredient lists, feeding guidelines, and analysis values for each recipe.
These are estimates and may vary slightly due to natural ingredient variations.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and recipes — is protected by copyright.You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8.2 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• misuse the site
• attempt to access restricted areas
• reverse-engineer or scrape data
• use our content for competing services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wolfery Company is not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages
• delays in delivery
• misuse of our products
• decisions made based on website content

You agree to use our meals responsibly and store them according to instructions.
